I finished the straight line i began yesterday... after 19 km ! So it was 43 km straight line !!!! More than a marathon !

So it was the same views all day long. We arrived in Medicine Hat before 4 pm because i started earlier in the morning (7.49 am) and ran faster. So it was a very good day. Just a little bit difficult in to cross Medicine Hat by the Highway because of the traffic but i stopped at the exit for the visitor's info and we could have many info quickly: sleeping, washing clothes and having an internet connexion. The woman who received us called a journalist from the Medicine Hat's newspaper for a photo and an article for tomorrow !

We'll be out of Alberta tomorrow evening. Good bye Alberta and hello Saskatchewan !

Last night, we slept at Ralston, where there is a Canadian Forces Base, on the parking of the supermarket. It was amazing because there was soldiers everywhere and the Police came a lot of time around the motorhome. We had to give informations about us, but it was ok to stay one night without trouble. It was safe tonight !!

A thing important i have to say is that everwhere we go, we are always welcome and have very kindly person meetings. Even on the road, we never had a problem with excited drivers.

J'ai terminé la ligne droite commencée hier... après 19 km ! C'était donc une ligne droite d'un peu plus d'un marathon, avec ses 43 km !!

Nous vons admiré les mêmes paysages que les jours précédents... Nous sommes arrivés à Medicine Hat avant 16h car j'ai commencé mon étape un peu plus tôt (7h49) et j'ai couru plus vite. La fin a été un peu plus difficile avec la traversée de Medicine Hat à cause de la circulation, mais j'ai arrêté à la sortie pour le point info pour touristes. Nous avons pu avoir de rapides infos sur l'endroit pour dormir gratuitement (le parking d'un Wall Mart désaffecté), une laverie automatique (juste à côté) et un point pour une connexion internet (le Starbuck Coffee de l'autre côté de la rue).

La femme qui nous a renseigné a aussi appelé un journaliste pour qu'il y ait un article sur a traversée dans le journal de demain. Nous l'attendons sur le parking où nous sommes stationnés.

Nous serons sortis de l'Alberta pour demain soir. Au revoir Alberta, bonjour Sakatchewan !

La nuit dernière, nous avons dormi à ralston où il y a une bae des Forces Canadiennes, sur le parking du supermarché. C'était amusant car il y a avait des soldats partout et la police est venue rôder à plusieurs reprises autour de notre camping car. Nous avions donné nos identités à l'accueil du supermarché pour ne pas avoir de problèmes (ainsi que les infos sur le camping car) et ils nous ont laissé nous installer sans soucis. Nous étions bien protégés cette nuit !!

Nous sommes toujours bien reçu partout où nous allons et avons toujours de très sympathiques personnes pour nous rendre service ou nous renseigner, c'est important de le souligner. L'accueil Canadien est vraiment très bon depuis le début. Même sur la route, nous n'avons jamais eu de rencontres avec des conducteurs excités.
