Very cold this morning, but the sun was shinning and no blossom in the sky.

I ran on an iced road and Sebastien couldn't have a safe drive in the begining. He was scared for me, running on ice and i was scared for him, driving on ice. Not really « holidays on ice » !

The first hours was difficult for us, but we did it ! Sebastien did a very good job: he's safe and the motorhome too !

My run was good until Kipling and the km 41. I started to have pain again and after the km 48, i walked all the time. I'm tired with this f..... knee !

I think there was a very big blizzard in Kipling because it's incredible to see so much snow in only one day ! But the views are beautiful the sculptures did by the wind !

We are in KENNEDY (i stopped 5 km before) where we would find water for the shower tank. We saw a man who said us that there is no power in the village, so it would be difficult to have water. But if power will come back, he'll tell us and say where we can make a fill up.

One hour later, he came back and we could do a fill up in his garden. Fine man !

I had an other donation today with a family, during my stage. They gave me 20 $ for my support ! I think that people saw me a lot, running in winter conditions and may be now, many of them knows what i'm running for.

Now, Sebastien is cooking :))) Miam miam !

Encore très forid ce matin, mais un temps superbe.

J'ai débuter mon étape par de la course sur glace et Sébastien n'a pas pu conduire trop sereinement les premières heures. L'épaisseur de glace sur la route était vraiment importante. Il était inquiet pour moi qui courait sur la glace et moi pour lui qui conduisait sur la glace.

Les premières heures ont été difficiles, mais nous avons réussi à passer ! Sébastien a fait du bon boulot, il est entier et le camping car aussi !

Mon étape a été bonne jusqu'à Kipling, au km 41. Ensuite, c'est toujours la même chanson et après le km 48, je n'ai fait que marcher. Je commence à être fatigué par ce p.... de genou !

Il y a dû y avoir un gros blizzard à Kipling parce la quantité de neige était beaucoup plus importante qu'ailleurs. Impressionnant, en seulement 1 jour... Mais les paysages sont magnifiques avec toutes ces sculptures faites par la neige et le vent !

Nous sommes à Kennedy (j'ai arrêté 5 km avant) où nous nous sommes mis en recherche d'eau pour le réservoir du camping car (douche-vaisselle). Nous avons vu un gars qui nous a dit qu'il n'y avait toujours pas d'éléctricité en ville, donc pas d'eau courante. Il nous a cependant dit que si le courant revenait, il viendrait nous dire et nous pourrons faire le plein d'eau.

En effet, une heure plus tard, il est venu et nous avons fait le plein d'eau chez lui. Encore un gars sympa, un de plus au Saskatchewan.

J'ai reçu un autre don aujourd'hui pendant l'étape, avec une famille qui m'a donné 20 $ pour m'aider ! Je pense que les gens m'ont beaucoup vu ces 2 derniers jours, courir dans des conditions hivernales et peut-être que maintenant, ils commencent à savoir ce que je fais là. Les villages sont petis et assez rapprochés, donc les nouvelles vont vite.
