68,9 km in 9h40'35 (Total 447,7 km in 61h19'53)

We are in Chase, near Highway 1. Tomorrow in Salmon Arm.

Some news to come later. Sorry, today i'm tired. But all is fine, my knee is ok and i feel good.

Big stage because of Highway 1 "Prohibited to pedestrians and all vehicules in less than 60 km/h speed" in Kamloops" !!!!! It's not a joke !!! I had to find another road and make a detour. Beautiful and quiet road on the other side of the river, but longer than expected ! So, may be 10 km more ....

I hope less than 55 km tomorrow...

Bravo pour la septieme étape mais ou es tu? est ce que cela c'est bien pasé? pas trop mal au jambe? le paysage etait il beau? le camping-car a t il pu suivre? car je n'ai compris que tu avais fait la 7ème étape bisous Michel
