MONTMAGNY - RIVIERE OUELLE (+ 3 km)

Encore une belle étape, commencée en bonne compagnie. René Coulombes, un ultra-marathonien de Montmagny m'a fait l'honneur de m'accompagner sur les 16 premiers kilomètres. Il est ensuite retourné chez lui en courant. C'était vraiment très agréable de courir avec lui. Il m'a dit que c'était le plus beau cadeau qu'il pouvait avoir pour son 55ème anniversaire (le 4 juillet prochain) que de courir avec moi. C'est touchant et une petite fierté de marquer ainsi quelqu'un. Lui aussi m'a fait un beau cadeau en me cherchant hier soir et en étant là ce matin !. Depuis le temps que je voulais vivre ces moments que je vis au Québec....

Mon oncle et ma tante sont arrivés dans l'après-midi. C'est Jean-François, le cycliste que je vous ai présenté l'autre jour qui s'est occupé d'eux à Montréal. Un grand merci ! J'ai maintenat 3 personnes pour m'aider. Ottmar et moi avons pu prendre une bonne douche à l'hotel et j'ai eu un massage des mollets, des pieds et du dos avec Christian... Génial !

Un petit resto pour finir et il est grand temps de dormir.  Quatre étapes à plus de 70 km, c'est pas mal !

An other good stage, started with a runner from Montmagny, René Coulombes. We ran together, 16 km before he went back home. It's was very pleasant. He told me that it's his best gift for his 55th birthday (july the 4th) he could have !

My uncle and aunt arrived this afternoon. I now have 3 people with me. Good shower at the motel for Ottmar and me and a massage of the calves, feet and back with Christian ... Great !

Good dinner at the motel restaurant and it's time to sleep. Four stage above 70 km, it's a lot !
