March 2011, 28th.

The RV's problems with leaks and faulty generator are solved. We returned to Chilliwack in the morning to check and repair all of them. Now, we are set to go and can sleep where we want. We hope that no other problem will come....

I've to go to the bank one more time and we should be ready to start the trans-canada 2011 running on wednesday or thursday. The only thing left is to prepare the motorhome with the stickers.

Our starting point is at English Bay on the Pacific Ocean, at the foot of the Inukshuk in Vancouver , BC, Canada, at 8 am.

I spent a great week with Sandy & Joyce who very generously hosted me. Sandy drove me many time to find a motorhome and Joyce showed us some very nice places. Joyce is a great cook too ! They are very friendly and took such good care of us all the time. Very nice and helpful people like Nicolas & Kim in White Rock. They were very important for me too, for many reasons. It wouldn't be easy to do all that without all of them.

So, just a little bit more waiting ....

Les problèmes de fuite et de générateur sont règlés. Nous sommes retournés à Chilliwack ce matin pour regarder et réparer tous ses petits soucis. Maintenant nous sommes libres et pouvons dormir où nous voulons. Espèrons qu'aucun autre souci n'arrive ...

Je dois retourner encore une fois à la banque et nous devrions être prêts mercredi ou jeudi pour commencer la trans-canada2011. Avant, nous devons préparer le camping car avec les autocollants.

Le point de départ est prévu à English ABy, près de l'Inuktshuk, à Vancouver, Colombie-Britannique, Canada à 8 h du matin.

J'ai passé une très belle semaine chez Sandy & Joyce. Sandy m'a conduit très souvent pour trouver un camping car et Joyce nous a montré de beaux endroits. De plus, elle est excellente cuisinière ! Ils sont été vraiment très sympathiques et ont pris soin de nous tout le temps. Ce sont des gens vraiment agréables et ont été d'une grande aide comme Nicolas et Kim à White Rock. Ils ont été très importants pour moi pour diverses raisons et il aurait été difficile de faire tout ça sans eux.

Encore un peu de patience...
